It Didn’t Start with Strategy…

For a long time, I believed the challenge was individual.

That if people spoke up more, adapted more, or showed up differently, they would be heard, valued, and recognized.

But over time, through my research, my coaching, and my work inside high-volume operational environments,I began to see something different.

The issue wasn’t always the individual.
It was the system.

Many organizations are not designed to hear everyone clearly.

And when that happens, people begin to disconnect, not always visibly, but in ways that impact trust, performance, and retention.

Today, I work at the intersection of people and systems.

As the Founder of Resonance Strategy Group, I partner with organizations to uncover what their workforce is experiencing, but not saying, and translate those insights into clear, actionable strategy.

I bring over 20 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on operational environments and frontline workforces.

My work is informed by both professional practice and academic research, including a doctoral focus on leadership, voice, and workplace dynamics.

I’ve spent my career working across levels of organizations, translating complexity into clarity and helping leaders make more informed, human-centered decisions.
